I started my journey in the travel industry over 20 years ago because I loved the idea of planning wonderful trips for people, and to see the joy that travel brings to the lives of my clients. A large part of my experience is in leisure travel, where I provide a level of service that becomes part of my clients’ experience before they even leave home. One of my most rewarding experiences as an agent was a European tour that I booked for a combined family, with stops in Italy, France and New York on the return. This was a trip of a lifetime for my clients, and their experience was wonderful. That was very gratifying to me.
My own personal travel experiences have taken me on many cruises and land journeys in North America and Europe. One of my most memorable trips was taking the train across Canada. I would love to go to Italy to explore my heritage--I haven’t been back since birth.
